I'm on FM 09 with latest patch.

General problem in man management I haven't solved quite yet.

Regardless which team I manage, I only sign players that have performed between 7-8 and are at least good players according to scouts.

Now, I got a midfielder and quality strikers, but they don't perform well.

Tried to sugercoat them, tried to bash them, tried to rest them. Nothing seems to help.

What is the right approach to players with poor morale by now if none has worked?
