Achievements Question

Some of the achievements are for taking a team from the bottom league of a country to the top - so from England, the Blue Square North/South to the Prem. But I have leagues all the way down to Level 10, so does that affect the achievement, does it change to reflect my lowest league?

No, actually I suspect it means from the lowest playable division.

Either way, as I try to work through these I am ensuring that the files I start have league expansions not only not selected but actively deactivated in the editor manager screen.
