Steam & arseanl edition box copy

i got an arsenal edition box copy of fm10, i have just activated through steam and no longer can get arsenal badges player pics and skin. this isnt fair!

Considering we all paid a premium, this is really isn't on and SI should have posted a solution a while back.

Well can't you just download files people have created for this stuff? I honestly don't know how good the badge or player pics are but you could download the facepack which has 55,000+ player pics in.. There's also badges that can be downloaded i suppose.. But i would take it you all want what you paid for, so for that IDK

Steam treats it has a normal version of the game . the only way to separate it on steam from the regular version was if they made a specific CD key to it witch they didn't .
its normal that you dont have those things , ask SI if you want but if you want those you have to play the off line version
