    1 hire a coach with a ca/pa difference

    2 have him train players in only 1 or 2 categories

    3 watch his attributes change over time

    Yep. Hire a young coach and hope he improves over time.

    This isn't really something we control directly ... though it strikes me that a "Mentoring" attribute might be neat for staff such as managers / A.M.'s mentoring young coaches.
