whats the quickest download

7 hours so far using torrent for download and it still says over 6 hours to go
there must be a quicker way of downloading the demo

Steam will almost certainly be quickest. Bittorrent relies on other people seeding so can certainly be slow.

Add .exe to the end of the filename if you've downloaded from Mirror. If the file already has a filetype (.torrent) - then you will need torrent software such as Vuze.
