Every Transfer window i go through my team and change how important players are in regards to the team line-up

Such as :
Key Player
First Team
Backup
Rotation
Hot Prospect

But do these squad profiles actually mean anything with the player ?

Because i find Backup Players Who may get Around 10 Starts a season and about 15 Subs apperences While paying for the reserves complain about not being in the team even when they first signed the contract as a "backup" or "rotation"

It means a whole lot when you negotiate their contracts, after that there's some very ambitious player that tend to complain no mater what.

Avoid ambitious players and you will get less complains.

Thanks for that advice, but, without using a program such as FMRTE can you tell a players mentality ?
