So yeah.. i heard about it on Gamefaqs (another board), that you can get random Personality descriptions on some Facegens. I never knew it was real until I found this description on one player:

You can't see it very well, but it says:

"Andy King believes Linnane to have the most unpredtictable of personalities on the football field. Occasionally breaking legs of the opposition players,at the moment linnane commits the offence he substitues himself to avoid being sent off. A model professional, well except when it comes to his appetite. Linnane has literally doubled in size since returning from South America. This could be due to the 'Pounding' those steaks took from him in Argentina "

The player you signed works for SI. If you do a search in the game for 'faceinthegame' you should get a list of players and staff that are in the game who work fo SI.
