Ben Clark from hartlepool - went on holiday with him a few years ago and he lives round the corner from me .

michael kay - sunderland - a mate of mine , play cricket in the summer with him and the odd game of 5 aside, also used to go to me old school in the same classes as me.

I did some work for David Dunn, (my mate works as first team physio at B'ham city), it was some retouching on a few photographs. He never paid for the work or even made a gesture to cover the time spent on it.

That's about the only player from FM I know, although I sometimes see some Vitesse players when I'm at work (Theo Janssen) or when I'm going out (Remco vd Schaaf), but that's about it.

I know a few. For almost all of them i would say the stats are pretty accurate.

My sister has been going out with a footballer and the first thing I did was check his FM stats out - my sister then got excited about how much the game said he earnt (turned out he doesn't earn that much).

I was with a few pro clubs as a schoolboy then one year as an apprentice but this was in 1998 so I obvisley wasn't ever on any FM/CM game. Now a days with all the youth players on I probably would have been, which makes me gutted.

Being on an FM game would have been my greatest footballing achievement ever.

No way, are you from Accrington? My sister's friend is accountant or something similar for Stanley so I have met a couple of the players. The best story is when Rommy Boco signed for Accrington from France and had to live in Rob's (my sister's friend) spare room for about 3 months, then he had to move into Rob's parent's house because Rob's girlfriend had a baby.

I also played football against a player who now plays for Blackburn reserves, Keith Barker. Put three past my primary school team when I was marking him.
