Strikers and forward runs

Does it make any difference to the striker if his runs are often or not!? i never quite notice if it does and wat benefits does it have?

i know the mentallity affects it quite a bit but not so much runs

No - they have forward runs by default.

Without having the forward runs slider on sometimes or often?

I thought having them on rarely they would hold their position more so you could play balls into them.

Rarely does yes. The other two don't.

ok thanx, im sure i set them to often before and thought they were offside more than usual.
