Refandy Posted August 12, 2009 Share Posted August 12, 2009 Can anyone advise how a scout decides if a player is an 'excellent' signing or a 'good' signing? I've scouted several players for the same position but quite often those with the better stats are referred to as a good signing while those not quite so good are said to be an excellent signing.
