The massive upheaval from the tactical side of the game seen in previous FMs has been the main factor for me, its almost impossible to find a tactic that consistently works without having to tweak it every 6/7 weeks! What I have found with this though is that the first week you try a new tactic, it works brilliantly! Then it just crashes and burns, seems like the AI works you out pretty quick.
