what clubs get takeovers on patch 9.3

hi all just wondering what clubs get takeovers on the 9.3 patch in the first few seasons, im espescially intrested in english, scottish, italian and spanish clubs and of course teams who normally get takeovers by rich tycoons.

on my newly started save.. both portsmouth and liverpool have been taken over during the first 6 months!!

Since on every database Portsmouth and Newcastle are up for sale they usually both get taken over
