Can you disable other playable leagues when your`e playing and can i do this is my current save?

You can, to an extent - it will not affect the performance on the save (speed wise, that is) but it will prevent a human manager from managing in that league.

It's either in the Status window or the details, can't remember.

That doesn't get rid of the league altogether though (no way of doing this), but it'll speed up processing a bit.

It's detail level you're thinking of btw.
