League choices? Whats the differences? League Tables from lower leagues? Thanks a lot

Whats the difference between picking the top League of your region or all picking all Leagues?

Does it mean the lower team on lower division will never be able to get to top division if you dont pick all leagues?

Or you cant get their players services?

And how do i check lower divisions rank tables to see whos is making it to my division?

If you only load the top league you will only be able to see the league table for the top league. Teams still get promoted/relegated, though.

If you select all leagues you can see all league tables from playable leagues you select. This way also gets more players in the game.
