Co-ownership player sold on 2 weeks later for less

Recommended Posts

Started as Juventus and tried to buy Pandev but didnt suceed. AC Milan then bought 50% of Pandev for £6.25 million and then 2 weeks later sold him to Benfica for £2.7 million, is this a common thing in Italy.

I did a quick search and found people experienced a high amount of co-ownership offers but couldnt find anything about silly things like this.

It does happen. I sold half of Alberto Paloschi to Roma for £17.5m, and then noticed that they'd accepted an offer of £4.2m from Milan, so promptly bought him back for the same.

I think the AI is along the lines of snapping up talent, co-ownership-wise, without seeing the squad depth.

i done this with a few of my wonderkids that wanted to leave in the 2021 season, i sold them to AC/Inter Milan for something like 20m for 50% of the players, and them bought them back for less, they no longer wanted to leave, and i was making a profit :D
