How do you get more money in January Transfer window?

Hi I'm wondering how you get more money from the board in the january transfer window. I'm asking people because a bunch are saying the board gave them more moeny in january even tho they werent meeting start of season expectations

however, me as QPR first year i went for promotion in beginning

and in january found myself in first place and asked for more money

but they didnt give me any saying they were waiting for a return on their investment

now in my second year im pushing for europe qualification but im wondering how i can get the board to give me more transfer funds in january if i spent them all in summer?

You will have to sell or make a buudget adjustment i.e. reduce your wage budget and put some of the funds into your transfer budget, you can do this in the board room.

so theoretically, i am 60 thousand under my wages a week, how much does that translate into transfer cash?

No idea, i'm not sure how it works. I suppose it should work on a weekly basis, so it would be £60k multiplied by 52, which would give you £3.12m, but i'd expect it to be more than that tbh.

If you move your entire wage budget then you wont have any breathing space to bring in new players anyway.

I always make my buys, then put all my unspent funds into my wage budget, making it look artificially rosy, which makes the board say nice things about me on the confidence screen. Don't know if it makes any difference if they think you are a fiscally sound manager when it comes to dishing out extra cash though.

Approximately $19,250/week translates to $1 Million in your transfer kitty.

($1,000,000 / 52 Weeks = $19,230.77)

Working it in reverse:

$60,000 x 52 Weeks = $3,120,000 in Transfer Money
