on the team talk option's why can't we have all options available at all times?

Different match situations. If you are 5 - 0 up at half time you aren't going to want/need to "encourage team" or "nothing less than a win" etc. etc.

Sometimes I would like to be allowed to declare my insane anger against someone even if the result is not strictly 5-0 against.

Also fining wages is not always an option, what does trigger it ?

I just wish you could say something to a sub before bringing them on, tell him to enjoy the run out if you're winning or make the difference or something.

I think you can tell single players how angry you are about them, even if the team talk yon't allow you this option.
