im not really sure but i think its through things like FM genie scout and FM modifier i dont use these programs so im not sure but i think thats how they do it.

Indeed. Those are hidden attributes, and the player isn't meant to see them. So you need an external program to do that, I suggest MiniScout.
And be warned: that's cheating, and generally looked down upon.
