Interest from other clubs/Player Happiness

Have installed latest patch..

My players are getting frustrated at not being able to move clubs, anytime I turn down a bid. I'm currently managing Man Utd, players get rather annoyed if I decline a bid.

This wouldn't happen in real life.

On the game, I'm just continuing the tradition of the club by winning things and the said players are involved heavily.

Constantly, managers will praise my players, and the players will continue to be grateful, or announce they'd 'love' to work under that certain manager - continuous.

Is this a bug?

Regarding your original post, this could do with some tweaking. The best thing you can probably do is to negotiate bids rather than flat out turn them down. If you negotiate to a price the other team won't play, your player is less likely to be upset.

Here is what happens to my players.

1. looking to move

2. unhappy feels its time to move to further his career

3. requests a transfer

4. wants to prove his worth to the team

5. possibly negotiate a contract with the player

6. as soon as another offer comes along he is looking to move again

this sequence occurs over the period of two weeks and it happens quite often.
