Problems with viewing files ... need help ..

Really didn't know where to put this post so i'll try here ... basically this is the problem .. i've downloaded Tugs Training 2009 and Kimz Tactics ... i put each file in it's designated folder, but when i go into the game to open those files, i can't see them ?? ... in windows explorer, the training file (.tsh file) is in a schedule folder and the tactic file is also in it's folder .. but when i actually go into the game, go to those folders, the file DOES NOT appear ?? I've never experienced this before ... i've tried putting the files in other folders with no success ... please give me some help .. thanks !!
