zoopaloola Posted March 13, 2009 Share Posted March 13, 2009 I have a really good player in my team at the moment, trouble is he has 5 for natural fitness and is virtually dead after like 50 minutes of football (he's only 20 btw). Is there any way to get his natural fitness up to an acceptable level? What if I made a training schedule just for him which was high on strength and aerobic??
