I have a really good player in my team at the moment, trouble is he has 5 for natural fitness and is virtually dead after like 50 minutes of football (he's only 20 btw). Is there any way to get his natural fitness up to an acceptable level? What if I made a training schedule just for him which was high on strength and aerobic??
I'll check his stamina, but whatever it is he does certainly tire very quickly in every match he plays. I'm playing in the league of Ireland so he's still well worth keeping on nonetheless, in a Ledley Kind sort of way.
