hey guys
I'm mid November in my first season as Chelsea and I just got a letter saying that the board had decided to give me an extra £43 mill. transfur fund
What the hell is this all about?? lol

Sometimes the board have made a lot of money in the previous months and so give you money to spend. I have had it a couple of times, although not on FM09 yet as I am in LLM, but it is quite a nice boost for you before January transfer window!

yeh but i don't get why they've given it to me
1) i'm 1st in the league
2)we've identified our weakness as Salamon Kalou which should only take £10-15 mill. to replace

Constantly making profits at the end of the month can have a beneficial effect you know...

You could always adopt a lower league club and buy a few bad players for c. £1-2mill each to give them a boost. It's nice and will keep money in circulation which is always a good thing.
