Hard to win championship due to opposition superb run

I´m getting quiet anoyed with this , because i took a very long time to build a tactic system that was good , and know that my team plays fairly well and makes good performance on the championship i cant win it because there ara always one oppostion team that makes an almost perfect championship.

see this example:

after a season spent on building the tactic i began the 2nd season with high hopes.

finished 2nd with 86 points , Man City won the champ with 96 points and was at 23rd fixture with 22 wins and 1 lost (won CL League!!!)

3rd season i'm second on 29th fixture i'm second with 72 points , Arsenal leads with 76 and they are in a 19 wins in the last 20 games run !!!

i did another game with AC MIlan won 1st season, second INTER made 98 pts !!!!
