FM 2008 ~ No J League !!

Playing FM 2008 & I've noticed there's no Japanese league. What happened? Is it on FM 2009?

This is my first time here. so here I am.

Konami have licensing for J league, it's not in 08 or 09.

To be honest, I never knew this.

Are any other leagues excluded totally? Or does the OP mean there is a Japanese National League but it isn't licensed as the J-League?

I see. Why is this? Considering they create an un-licensed English Premiership and un-licensed European competitions etc I just find it interesting.

Because another company own the license to the league it cant be included. I am no legal expert but I would guess that the copyright means the league system, teams and players cannot be used at all by any other company.
