no job offers for over a year

after getting sacked in 2nd season. i only had a mnager reputation of Local, it took over a year before i could get a job and that was with cowdenbeath in Scotland's div 2..

as a result i dont think i will bestarting a game as an unkown manager again, personaly finishing 7th and then beeing 12th in league 6 points from play offs hardly means i was that bad..

surly the reputation shoule enble us to get another job at that level?

Have you got a small database loaded? If there are only a few teams then you're less likely to get a job. Also your starting reputation may have something to do with - what did you set it as?
