Whats most time consuming

What do you find most time consuming or what area of the game do you think you spend alot of time on?

When playing a career game, finding players and scouting around for the absolute best available takes up most of my time.

Having to click every player profile to find out if they are happy with their training schedule, or is there a quick way to show them all and I'm being dumb

Finding suitable players for my team takes up my time. So scouting.

I spend hours searching through teams from all corners of the world looking for players, i do it manually, its more satisfying when you uncover a potential star!

there is a way but for the life of me i can't remember how, there's a statement which says whether each player is happy or the workload is too high/low etc

Only time I spend an exceeding amount of time in comparison to everything else is when I'm a new team or in a new season and setting up the set piece takers and captains.

Can't you click the two arrows at the top that go straight from one player to the next alphabetically?

Setting OI's during the match and resetting them every time I change tactic.

Until the game remembers OI settings between loads, I won't be using them.

Yeah, I find that frustrating too. Thing is, on another save it's stored them, but I've no idea how.

Back to topic though, I'm the same as a few others (especially with smaller clubs) in that I'll manually search through teams around the world - even teams listed but not in a playable league - for bargains. I'm especially fond of looking for amateur clubs. No fee and they are usually happy with much lower wages.
