how do i skip the U21 and U18 match in Swiss League?

so i play as FC Zurich, and what concern me is that i cannot skip the U21 and U18 match although

i have set the option on the Team Settings that my Assistant Manager will handle all friendly and even the team talks, but then when it comes to the match

its me who still have to do the Team Talk and stuffs, how to skip this? because i just want to concentrate on my 1st team?

In that team setting part make sure the Take Control in the u21's and 19's is unticked.

oh yeah, the control team are ticked, i always thought that is the options for the Assistant Manager to take over, its solved now, all being skipped, thanks!
