steviejay
I had a major system crash a while back and am now finally getting the system back up and running however when I installed steam I noticed that all my games had been removed from the 'My Games' list. However when I went to reinstall Football Manager it came up with the 'code already activated by an existing steam account'. I know that it's already activated to an existing account, my own, but the Steam I downloaded doesn't seem to recognise the fact I should have games against my account. Using the link, I deactivated the two computers that the game was registered to but I still can't install. How can I tell Steam that I wish to reinstall the game? arsenal_2111
Probably a stupid question and a bit insulting, but you are logged on to Steam aren't you?
steviejay
Heh it's cool, that thought did come to me. I've logged in yeah. I actually spent about 20 minutes trying to remember my password.

arsenal_2111
Bumping after 20 minutes? It's almost midnight, only weirdo's are on at this time. You might have to wait until morning to get a good answer.
Kickballz
Have you tried getting help on the Steam forums? I think that would be your best best.
kane_richards
I've raised a question but got no reply. I was just wondering if any other users on here have had this issue.
