Wsm2009 data editor problem

My data editor refuses to open up.

Everytime i double click it , an error box pops up stating

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect.
Reinstalling the application may fix this program.

The game itself is working fine but the datat editor keep giving me this error box.

Do i need to only re install the editor?...I dont hink you can do that.

I did deleted the entire game and re installed it.

Maybe i should try again but i dont think this is it.

Are you patched up to 9.2.0?

If you are: I just had a quick search and this came up. I would try giving that a go
