squad harmony

Recommended Posts

To increase squad harmony you basically need to stop buying new players. Give the players time to gel and when it comes to a transfer window, stick with what you have and don't bring in a host of new players, especially players that don't speak English. Small changes to your squad at any one time can allow you to change your squad without losing harmony. Otherwise, you will have to wait for the team to gel.

There are also other factors which can cause a drop in squad harmony. If one player is demanding high wages whereas the others are all on lower sums, this will tend to upset the players, particularly the more professional ones (Professionalism the attribute, not meaning full-time contracted). The same goes for players moaning about first team football, and for transfers out, etc. If you want more harmony, it would be best to get rid of the player that is causing all of the havoc, or do something else to bring the team back together.

Also, take note that changing the captain can bring down squad harmony. Taking down an established captain for your new £5M Egyptian stiker isn't a good move: the allies of the original captain will side with him against you and the squad won't play as well toghether, generally paying little attention to your new captain. Also note that squad harmony can increase with time.
