I normally play like a Director of Football. Make a custom Asstman and let them manage the team during matches. In all my other FM games before FM23 it would work. Now in FM23 I always lose. Every single match. I even made Guardiola and Simeone as Asstman and they still lost. Has anyone experience this? I know sim the match makes it better but it's not the same. Why is this version doing this? I've been playing by holidaying for 21 editions of FM. Might be the only one I don't play now.
