    Haha, logic failure right there. Can't even blame 'AI' because some boards really are that daft.

    The board will take their bank balance into account when setting your transfer budget, yes. If you've made them a ton of money then they would usually give you a healthy budget next season. But you know, some boards don't always behave logically.
