I could not agree more. Someone eventually is going to put an FM style database & Fifa style graphics together and blow all competition away. I think most would find it refreshing for FM's graphics to be near the top of SI's priority list but of course, every team is limited by man power as to how much they can get done, with SI working tirelessly towards updates & some improvements. And of course, most are aware of their commitment & dedication working towards adding womens football to the game.

If womens football is introduced & mandatory e.g. if you download the English leagues, the English womens leagues are part of it, I won't be buying it.

It's a good point. Also, while your team are at training camp, will they gain fitness / match fitness alone without setting up your own friendlies?

I'm a 1970's manager. I wear a sheepskin coat & take the unhappy chap down the pub for a couple of stiff ones. I tell him where he is going wrong, then he decides whether he's happy or on the transfer list

When I was manager of Llandudno, they paid all my badges right up to the top. I think they only questioned me once that they feared I would bugger off if they sent me on the one course but when I said it would aid the club, they sent me. I was pretty successful there. Not sure why you're not getting sent, maybe they really fear you being poached. All clubs are different I guess.

Is there a way to choose to see the 'Transfer Value' only if you click on it, rather than if you hover on it? It drives me mad :-/

I'm blessed as I have all the time in the world to devour FM to its fullest. However, I have friends who have very little time due to work / family commitments & / or who are under the thumb. Like you, even in those circumstances i'd prefer to just play the one game & watch it properly but there's a part of me that understands their approach. As long as they're enjoying it, who am I to question it - even though it wouldn't be my way

Good afternoon my FM family :-) Does anyone know either how much it is to improve the youth & training facilities ladder from basic to 'state of the art', where I could obtain this info from or is there a way of finding out before you ask the board? I've just gone from adequate to average & found the increase in cost from below average to adequate financially painful, but by that time by asking the board, the request had already been approved & the work - & costs, committed to
