If someone could point be to a thread or post about this, it would be much appreciated.

I've downloaded a database that someone else has created. It has over 192,000 changes. I'm not sure how the person has saved these changes but it seems to take a while to load. I've created previous databases of my own with just as many changes and they didn't lag like this. Is thee something I can do to "re-save" the changes that have been made, and get rid of the lag?
