Great thread and research...did anyone ever crack this and do a download for FM22?

Has anyone ever created a FM22 database that levels the field insomuch as equalling tv/prize money across all nations/competitions, removing bankrolling owners/chairmen and adding spending limits/salary caps etc. making income more reliant on on-field success and gate receipts etc? Overall aim to put more reliance on tactics, scouting and youth development rather than domination by the 4 or 5 richest clubs. A bit like going back in time I guess! Any thoughts?
