Crazy, i have played 3 seasons, i might have had one or two decent prospects with potential but no one that is near ready for the first team

Yes that goes for Lewandowski and Mbappe too in that case. my first season with PSG ,Mbappe scored 75 all competions, i thought that was crazy, then i tried Barca and Lewandowski scored 85 all competions, 58 in the league. So yeah i think you can put up crazy numbers across the board with this ME

Thanks for taking the time, his development is sky high for sure, i understand , i do feel however his physicals should be amended, technical attributes tend to fluctuate with growth but physicals at base level seem higher than what is reflected in game. I try to be as neutral as possible

Thanks for replying, but to give him random attributes seem to be missing the ball, but i don't know how that works, maybe you are forced to set them to random, but his physicals are **** in my game and he is quite a physical player so if its not random then i don't know why they are low.

Thanks a lot, I think it should be clear to everyone by now that follows youth players that he probably is among the best in the world at that age and clearly able to play at U21 level and his attributes doesn't reflect that in game. So its a missed ball on this one but now i know why if his stats are random. Thanks

anyone know how to check the coach, scout, analyst that gives you advice? before you could click a link directly in the inbox or hover over an icon, now you have to exit the mail, search for you staff members name before judging if his advise based on his stats seem sound.

What make this years version more difficult than previous versions is the inability to sign youth with "approach to sign" or even paying their clauses, that makes it much harder sure up new talent. If you are managing a team that have a low transfer budget that will impact the difficulty even more. I don't like it but kind of understand it, its was one of the more fun things with FM. Its not impossible now but, much, much harder

Yes the whole SI as a company doesn't look so professional to me looking from the outside. The youth bug surely should have been picked up by and rectified by the QA department. Add to that the few really new features that are in the game and with how much they sell each year you really start to wonder what they are doing. I understand they are doing a lot of work after release but that only makes you question their business model

I am calm, im not insulating anything, I'm telling you how you come across, stating faulty information as it where facts. it could be that some lucky few have their attributes develop, but i would advise you to double-check, just because the arrows point upwards doesn't mean the attributes actually are progressing/Increasing Hell, even the guy that posted the screenshots in this thread seemed happy with how his (high potential if remember correctly) player had developed over 3 years , when it was a insignificant change, even had at least one technical attribute decreasing over that time. Even if if you are lucky to have your attributes increasing as they should you shouldn't state that this as a fact for everybody when it isn't the case for so many others.
