this is what we done by pure chance. added an user as an admin. the host puts in 'sportsinteractive' into the password, they'll get incorrect password message.... the newly promoted admin, then clicks to log into the manager in question, they either get in or the host try's again and they get in. we've done it twice now and removed two managers who had password protected.

we're currently way half thru season 33/34, which is our 11st season. we are looking for new blood!!!! this is a serious game, our players are FM researchers/FM beta testers and general FM gods!! we are more than happy to give n00bs a fair crack of the whip. our discord!!!

yes, we've sussed out if the person in question isn't fully engaged with the game, switches to browse the net etc. while there playing, they become idle we believe its to do with this setting.....once we had sussed out, what was causing it....it just disappeared 'people losing control and the asst. man taking over' they became more focused
