I would understand if it would LOAD but HAD broken screens etc, but the fact that the game does not even recognize the folders... Is it normal?

I am experiencing the same issue. The folders and structure are as they should be, but the folders belonging to any Mustermann skin does not show

I also have a few players which play in their strong and preferred positions and roles, but are unhappy because they think they are not

Same thing happened to me in more than one game where I went for "Instant result". I do not manage ("view") all games anymore in the game, so every once in a while I go for the result if I'm happy with the initial setup. Then players come an complain about my "half time team talk" Ah, they do not always COMPLAIN, there have been times where they praised me for turning the game around. I would not ask for credit in that as well
