I've been getting this consistently on the Game Pass version for a couple of weeks, anytime I need to reload or change a skin. I have tried the above (removing cache, preferences) as well as uninstalling and re-installing the game but nothing works. It's the same error every time, in any skin. Dismissing the pop-up doesn't work, it will repeat hundreds of times and I have to terminate the game via Task Manager.
