I'm a bit of a stickler for player personality, and Liverpool are blessed with two Model Citizens with Determination of 19 (Millie and Hendo). I managed by the end of the first season to mentor a few established players to join them as Model Citizens and complete the leadership group for the next ten years. These included Declan Rice, Jamal Musiala, Eduardo Camavinga and Youssefa Moukoko. From then on, newgens can be mentored to produce more Model Citizens and continue the lineage.

I've done this in the past by changing the chairmans date of birth so they are about 100 years old. So due to their age, in-game they are instantly looking to sell the club.
