Does the interface change depending on if a controller is attached? When I play on a PC downloaded locally it looks like FM Touch of old. When I play through Xbox streaming it appears as what I thought the console version looks like, with the controller enabled interface

Hoping for some direction / clarification. I've installed FM23 console on my PC and surface pro tablet and on both it appears like I'm playing on FM Touch. Landing page is FM console, but the interface is akin to normal FM / FM touch. The skin is called Football Manager Touch and there's no option to change to the actual console interface and seemingly no option to use my controller. Why would I want to you may ask? I was interested to try out something different and using the controller looks like fun. The FAQs suggest I should be able to, but not sure if I've missed something? Don't fancy buying an Xbox to try out the new interface and control method
