  1. Hes 27 not exactly young anymore. Mediocre skills and playing in Portugal. 25M seems pretty realistic. IMO many other issues far greater than the transfer valuations.
  2. Headless chicken syndrom is back. Defenders running away from the ball letting the striker score.
  3. Actually, thats not really good in my oppinion. Less goals also means more boring.
  4. Sorry but this doesnt make any sense. Delaying the release wouldnt change a thing because SIs whole development/QA setup is based on beta + users reporting issues in large scale. Delaying the release of the game just delays those inputs being given. So the issues we keep seeing as reoccuring, defects not being adressed despite reported etc. is more on the process and nature/scope of the test/feedback than a matter of "if we just delay by a month everything would be fine".
  5. I think you are right. I won this match 10-0, but in the following game played a more narrow game in the cup against an amateur club... ending 4-1 but still much closer. Seems to be certain tactical correlations that makes goalscoring go crazy, with the AI not really able to adapt to the (coincidence) of me striking gold tactically.

  7. While you are 100% correct on the lifecycle you describe, the decision on not playing and what level of realism you expect and tolerance you have is subjective. I personally find this years game quite good/stable, despite the many bugs (we are used to as FM fans). I still play and enjoy it (also compared to previous editions).
  8. Sorry i dont have a save game that is this precise, but most players i negotiate in this save demands a minimum release clause so should be fairly easy to reproduce. I dont think i can save a game that hits just before this. The issue is when setting the expiry date of the release clause on the calendar popup. EDIT: Okay i managed to easily reproduce it. Offer a contract to any player in my squad. Add a minimum release clause with an expiry date. The try to remove the expiry date again via the popup and the button "No expiry date". Doesnt work.
  9. There is never a one fix in FM. There is a fix and multiple new bugs in exchange.
  10. When in a match there are several inconsistencies in player roles presented. I think this is when players have personal overwrites set, it still pulls in the team default role. There are also inconsistencies in the presentation if i change a player role during a match the team overview still shows the previous role. It seems like this needs a general review. See example with benkovic, who plays central defender, but listed as ball playing (which is the team default role).
  11. When negotiating a contract with a release clause, in the popup where you can select a date the confirmation button is not working, meaning that you can only back out and then reset the whole contract.
  12. Randomly the highlights mode resets to "full match" from "extended" and the match speed during highlights resets to normal.
  13. The match engine this year is brilliant. Reflects so well what you are trying to accomplish and the skills/types of the players. Set piece big improvement - just loves how e.g. selecting the creative players enables us to withstain pressure after an initial header out of the zone by the opponent. Great job. The biggest issue for me is still with happiness management. Was bad previous years and still/maybe even more a disaster. Players feeling treated unfairly over absolutely nothing. Seems like SI has modelled the game based on a perception of modern football being a kinder garden and not a collection of dedicated professionals. I really hope SI would tune down the impact of this part of the game, so that the game is more on tactics, transfers and football, and less discussion and nursing.
