I have taken over a newly promoted team in Wales, in the lowest league (so in season 2). Often players without a club when approached with a contract will ask for the promise to improve training facilities. Often this is non-negotiable. It's not for every free agent but I would say around 60-70% of them. This is potentially an issue as these are amateur or non-contract terms being offered by tiny teams. They don't have the resources to improve training grounds and the players at this level shouldn't be expecting this. Can upload a save if needed.
