You sure that's not just you having that ticked during game setup?

For a start you'd have to redo the whole of the english league structure and then edit in advanced rules the vanarama south to give torquay -10 points at the start of the season. Easiest way to do it would be to use the engliah database @lionel messi made.

A competition I made is not showing up after loading it up in the game. I validated it before hand and it came up with no errors.

For some reason the second round (32 team knockout) can't find the teams that qualify from the first round (64 team group stage) minor.fmf

I set the number of times teams have to play each other to 3 for the group stage of a cup in the basic rulesm but now I can't find where to change it in advanced rules
