I have a scouting related question...if you set the DoF or Chief Scout as in charge of Assigning Scouts, I never see any of the scouts on any assignments, yet the world knowledge percentage does go up slowly over time. Is the only way to get individual scouts to carry out assignments such as scout country/continent/competition etc to do it yourself or will the game do it for you if you assign the responsibility to a staff member? I'd rather have my Chief Scout create assignments for the individual scouts but then when I have done this all I ever see under current assignments is the following:

You can if you click on the player, go to development - training and then change their position/role/duty or training intensity. One of those works from memory as I had the same problem and this got them back from holiday.
