Just signed a player, gone through the work permit application, but rejected on appeal, however at the time i already had 4 players assigned to the slots. 2 of those players have gained proper work permits shortly after, so is there any way of adding my new player to a slot? Or do i have to wait the 90 days to go through the work permit application again?

I usually play Football manager via Steam, but a change in my circumstances at home means I have access to the game via the Xbox game pass. The problem is I’m struggling to find out how to get access to tactics, training schedules etc. So could somebody point me in the direction of somewhere I can download tactics and particularly Training schedules, & also player shortlists please?
