I can't start any recruitment focus. The create button is greyed out. If I delegate to my chief scout, he doesn't do anything either. He doesn't run any focus and I can't edit any of the ones he ran previously. I get no recommendations for any players. I'm playing as Liverpool and have lots of money and 7 in my scouting team. How am I supposed to find players? The only way I can do it now is to use the player search and do it manually.

Your wife can turn on family sharing, then you can share the subscription and play the game on your device the whole time and all the data should be there when you switch subscriptions.
