I noticed a player that seems to be full-blown Russian (no double nationality, etc), yet he's part of Bulgaria U18. Seems to be a regen, if that's important. Attached a savegame file as well.

However, even though I have started the season (I'm ~10 games into the season), I still see "Reserving judgment" on one of the duplicates and hovering over the info button shows that "The board are reserving judgment until you have taken charge of a match from this competition.". I'm worried that even if I manage to gain promotion, I'd still "fail" the second expectation. Another potentially suspicious thing is that at the end of the season, those expectations fluctiated a bit (it was "Gain automatic promotion" at first, then got to "Reach playoffs" then automatic promotion again, while nothing drastic changed in the meantime to cause this fluctutation. I'm playing in Bulgaria but whenever a deadline day approaches, I see no option to participate - just a news item informing me of it. This is true for both winter and summer transfer windows. Is this a bug or some configuration I need to make to be able to participate in deadline day? I uploaded a savegame on the deadline day itself, hope that helps.
