Hello I don't know if it is a bug or me misunderstanding it. My board came to me to suggest club improvement. I disagreed with their proposal and suggest to increase the wage for the head of player developpement's role. The club accepted but they increased the loan manager's wage. As i understand it, i was expecting the Head of youth's wage to be increased. I uploaded the save ASSE Jun 20 Thanks

Hello This has already been answered by SI "We cannot use Thomas Tüchel's name due to licensing reasons - therefore there'll be a randomized name for your save game. " You can see it in this thread

Hi I used the same save to do a different test. This time, I had player losing 7 point of determination. This player is Ethan Bagbonon who had 20 determination when i signed him in January 1st. I noticed the drop of attribute for this player was March 11 so you will find the save from before this happen "ASSE March 10". And I stopped the test on April 6; the save is "ASSE April 6" I also noticed that i was fairly determined before and became balanced so is the guy i used to welcome him

You are right CAE82, it can increase determination. i started a new save with PSG, bought a player (Mamadou Diakhon) with low determination (7) and he is now at 16. I used Mbappe to welcome him at the club. I even had him up to 18 with an other save. I uploaded the save for this example in the cloud. "PSG Nov 10.fm" and "PSG Oct 24" when he was 10 determination. "PSG Nov 3" is the save where he moved up to 18.

Hello I have noticed that players can be called up by national team whereas they don't have nationality of this country. For example, in the screenshot, two players are called up by nothern ireland U18 but are French and Croatian. They don't have Nothern Ireland as second nationality. You can find an other example in Israel, I uploaded the save as "TEST march 14" in the cloud The save from before the youth intake is "TEST march 12" Thanks
